When we say unlimited, we mean it. Organizations that work with us can book training at any time. So whether you’re a new customer that needs to get everyone up to speed, or if you’ve been a customer for years and have a new employee who needs training, we’ve got you covered at no additional cost.

Q: What will I experience as a new customer?

New customers go through a detailed onboarding process, customized to your needs, designed to ensure your team’s success in adopting a new platform. It includes an assessment of your resources and current processes, identification of short and long-term objectives and a training schedule tailored to your situation. You’ll have training sessions for your project creators and contributors, along with regular check-in calls to make sure you’re staying on track. Users have access via phone or email to our support team for any questions, small or large. Onboarding can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the size of your team and your availability.

Q: Do you offer a multi-year discount?

There are discounts available for those who would like to commit to more than one year with Workzone. After you request a demo you can ask your project management consultant about those discount options.

Q: Are all plans billed annually?

Yes. We are in this for the long-haul, and we hope that you are too. It’s important that you commit to one project management system for at least a year so that you can gain buy-in from your team and create project management habits that last.

Q: Do you offer free trials?

We recommend starting with a demo of the software first. When you meet with our team, they will identify what features and functionality matter most to you and then personalize your demo so that you can see the system configured for your team’s needs. If you’d like more team members to see the system, we are happy to do more than one demo. After you see Workzone in action during the demo, if you feel that a trial would help you make a more informed decision, you can request access from your project management consultant. Our trials are called Test Drives because they are more than just access to Workzone. We offer a hand-held approach that includes training and help setting up your site. To qualify for a Test Drive you must meet a minimum annual spend.
