Woongchan Cho

I'm an undergrad student at Seoul National University majoring in Civil Engineering & AI.

Currently I'm a research intern at RLLab at Yonsei University, working on humanoid loco-manipulation under the supervision of Youngwoon Lee.

Previously I worked at 3D Vision lab on quadruped locomotion under the supervision of Young Min Kim. I also served for a year and a half in the military as a sergeant.

Personal Goal

My dream is to develop construction robots. I believe civil engineering is one of the most underdeveloped yet crucial fields.
In Korea, the construction workforce is steadily declining, and I think robots must step in to fill this gap.

Moreover, if humanity is to build structures in space, the development of construction robots will be essential.
This is the work I truly aspire to do, and to achieve it, I am currently deeply interested in robot learning.
