做到你说的这些似乎不需要大模型？就小模型就行？还是搜索就行？我还不太明白大模型、小模型的边界。内部的知识库，困难的是信息收集吧。知识库弄好了，让大模型自己写个程序来自然语言交互是否也可以呢？

传统行业大量知识零散存储在不同的信息孤岛上，不同业务环节的信息割裂很厉害，远没有信息技术行业用标准存储知识的动力和认知，因而很难被通用大模型收集和训练。
