What counts as a certificate?
Each certificate file you upload counts as one. A signature pair (.cer + .key) counts as one. A .p12 DIAN counts as one.
Can I invite external signers?
Yes, on all plans. External signers receive a link by email and sign without needing an account on the platform.
Which countries are supported?
Mexico (e.firma, CSD), Colombia (DIAN), Argentina (AFIP), Brazil (e-CNPJ, e-CPF), Italy (Firma Qualificata), Spain (Firma Electrónica), and India (DSC). More countries coming soon.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Your account automatically switches to the Free plan. Your data is preserved. You can activate a paid plan at any time from Settings.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Plan changes apply immediately with proration. Upgrades charge the proportional difference. Downgrades issue a prorated credit. No penalties.
Do all plans include WhatsApp expiry alerts?
Email alerts are available on all plans. WhatsApp alerts are available on Team and Business plans.
