ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Anusha, and this is a small window into who I am. You’d typically find me with my nose in a book in my free time. I have been reading novels since a very young age, and have also dabbled in writing, myself. When I was 15, I wrote a fiction novel called ‘Fatal Souvenirs’. All of this led me to develop a deep love for literature and languages. I find the sheer number of languages spoken, and the differences in their structures to be quite fascinating. I’m learning to speak Spanish as I consider it to be one of the most beautiful languages, and aim to be a polyglot with several languages in my repertoire.
I’m a strong advocate of being active and the positive effects of exercise on one’s body and mind. I was an athlete in school, and I currently practice Yoga to stay healthy. I’m always up for any sport, be it a board game like chess, something physical like volleyball, or even trivia. I’m a tree hugger who enjoys the occasional hike over the weekend to simply savor the serenity of nature away from technology.
We have one life, so we should make the best of it. I wish to travel and see the world, experience new cultures and create new memories. I want to conquer my fear of swimming, and be someone to be proud of. I aspire to build my career in the field where my two passions, i.e. language and computers intersect. I believe a major part of the future of technology lies here, and that the benefits of a computer that can comprehend and fluently converse in languages are enormous.
