SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arcede regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
