About

Hello, I’m Erik! This is my personal blog and technical chronicle.

Avatar

During the day - most days - I work as a consultant, integrator, automation enabler and cloud technologist for Sopra Steria in Norway.

As a hobby and outlet in my quest for knowledge and ability I maintain a home lab and this digital corner where I explore innovative technology, concepts and products I find engrossing, mostly in the DevOps/infrastructure/IaC continuum and space, such as:

I also write in depth about events I attend, and sometimes musings. One of my blogger tenets is trying to document possible cross-disciplinary integrations that are somewhat novel and/or underexplored.

One of my first web pages can be found on the Internet Archive.

I enjoy using pictures from scenes in movies and series I like as the basis for my blogs’ featured photos.
