All of the relative Authorisation Tokens encodings implemented:

  • WriteCapability relative to (WriteCapability, Entry)
  • McAuthorisationToken relative to (AuthorisedEntry, Entry)
  • And fuzz tests!

Willow'25 versions to follow the merge of this PR.

All of the [relative Authorisation Tokens encodings](https://willowprotocol.org/specs/encodings/index.html#enc_authorisation_tokens) implemented: - `WriteCapability` relative to `(WriteCapability, Entry)` - `McAuthorisationToken` relative to `(AuthorisedEntry, Entry)` - And fuzz tests!
