Terms of Service
This is a legally binding agreement between you and the CodeShare platform.
By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, or utilizing our services (registered or guest), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the following integrated policies which are incorporated herein by reference:
Legal Notice: Failure to read these policies does not exempt you from their enforcement. If you do not agree with any clause, you must cease all use of CodeShare immediately.
Accounts are a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion without prior notice or justification.
- Eligibility: Users must be 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Accounts created by minors are null and void.
- Data Integrity: You must provide accurate, up-to-date identifiers. Identity obfuscation or falsification results in immediate permanent ban.
- Liability: You are 100% liable for all activities performed under your credentials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and constitutes a security breach.
Strict Prohibitions:
- Deployment of any malicious payload, backdoor, or obfuscated malware.
- Automated scraping, botting, or DoS attempts against CodeShare infrastructure.
- Circumventing payment systems or facilitating direct off-platform trade.
- Harassment, impersonation, or publishing leaked/stolen material.
Enforcement Execution:
Violation of any clause results in immediate platform expulsion, freezing of all related balances, and potential legal or forensic reporting to relevant authorities.
CodeShare is a venue. While you retain intellectual property rights to the unique code you author, by publishing on CodeShare, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, cache, and display your content to facilitate platform operations.
Purchasers of your digital goods are granted a personal, non-transferable license unless a commercial license is explicitly provided. Reverse engineering or unauthorized redistribution of products purchased on CodeShare is strictly prohibited.
The platform is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE".
CodeShare, its administrators, and its affiliates shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Loss of data, code, or digital assets.
- Financial losses from marketplace transactions.
- Malicious code uploaded by third parties.
- Service interruptions or platform downtime.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using CodeShare, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
These terms are governed by International Law standards. Jurisdiction for any legal action will be determined solely by CodeShare Administration based on the location of platform infrastructure or corporate registration.
