Ever been asked to teach, pitch, or explain something—but had no time, no internet, or no slides?
As a solo developer and learner, I’ve often wished I could just type what I need and instantly get a presentable slideshow, complete with visuals, narration, and structure.
AI Slideshow Creator AKA prompt2slides was built to make knowledge instantly shareable and engaging, even in remote or offline settings. It reimagines content creation as entertainment and learning combined.
🎬 What it does
AI Slideshow Creator turns a single text prompt into a downloadable, offline slideshow powered by AI.
It’s education-meets-entertainment: you type a topic, and within 30 seconds, you get:
- 🎓 Gemini‑generated educational content
- 🖼️ Images/videos pulled from Pixabay & Pexels
- 🎙️ Realistic voiceovers via ElevenLabs
- 📦 A zipped, offline HTML slideshow with embedded media and narration

- Flask (Python) backend for orchestration
- Gemini AI: prompt → structured slides
- Pixabay + Pexels APIs: find matching visuals
- ElevenLabs: natural voiceover for each slide
- ZIP archiver: bundles HTML + media into offline format
- Frontend with HTML/CSS/JS for local viewing
