Inspiration

I just wanted to build a something using dialogflow. I was reading about NLP and NLU and Dialogflow was mentioned there.

What it does

It answers basic queries related to covid.

How we built it

It has been built using Dialogflow. I prepared a csv dataset with FAQs to train the chatbot.

Challenges we ran into

I am new to the interface so I had difficulties in almost every step.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Innitally it was not at all personable, with some effort I made progress.

What we learned

Using Dialogflow correctly, using python script to change file formats, recording video using Obs studios etc

What's next for COBOT-19

I want to improve it by adding more information, making it more user friendly, integrating graphs, pie-charts, voice etc for better representation of information.
