Consulting Trainer

Inspiration

As a senior consultant, and who manages teams, I have experienced some problems, for example, not having time to train junior consultants (being that it is part of my job) and it generates more problems, such as lack of preparation for real projects, not Know what to say in an interview. In addition, it is not enough just with tutorials and videos, we must improve the learning system for these people and they know how to interact with counterparts during the projects.

What it does

Consulting Trainer is an automatic dialog generation (Simulator), which facilitates the teaching process on required interviews with clients, simulating a conversation thanks to AI and showing the queries that the consultant should make.

Differentiation with competitors

The advantages are:

More applied teaching through simulation.
Generation of specific questions according to roles and type of project.
The simplicity of use and better use of the user's time.

How we built it

This platform is built with:

Streamlit to enable the platform in a web app.
OpenAI to enable the conversation.
LangChain is the framework to connect all the parts to simulate 2 agents.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Understanding the process for connecting large language models using LangChain was the most challenging, but overall, painless for development. In addition, understanding a problem participate where AI can help through simulation.
