By accessing or using Dhub ("the Service"), operated by DHub ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dhub is a Git-based content management system (CMS) for technical documentation. It provides a visual Markdown and MDX editor with two-way GitHub synchronization, enabling teams to collaborate on documentation without requiring GitHub accounts for every team member.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
Dhub offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Paid plans include a free trial period. No payment details are required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe by entering your payment details. Your account will not be charged automatically.
You agree not to:
The Service integrates with GitHub. By connecting your GitHub account or repository, you authorise Dhub to access and modify content within the scope you grant. You remain solely responsible for the repositories you connect and the content stored within them. Dhub is not affiliated with GitHub, Inc.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or manage through the Service. Content you push to GitHub is governed by your GitHub repository settings and any applicable open-source licences. We do not claim ownership of your content.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding, are owned by or licensed to DHub. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination of your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
