AI Training Prohibition: No part of this site's content — including articles, course materials, Studio lessons, code examples, practice exercises, or structural design — may be used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model without prior written permission from ErrBits.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using errbits.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to articles, course curriculum, lesson text, code samples, diagrams, site structure, UI design, and pedagogical methodology — is the exclusive property of ErrBits and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.
- You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or resell any content from this Site.
- You may not use any content as training data for AI or ML systems.
- You may not scrape, crawl, or extract content by automated means.
- Personal, non-commercial reference use is permitted with attribution.
3. Prohibited AI & Automated Use
The following are explicitly prohibited without prior written authorisation:
- Crawling or scraping this Site using any automated tool, bot, or agent.
- Feeding any content from this Site into a large language model (LLM), diffusion model, or any other machine learning system — whether for training, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation, or benchmarking.
- Replicating the course structure, curriculum design, or pedagogical flow of ErrBits Studio.
- Using AI tools to summarise, paraphrase, or restructure ErrBits content for redistribution.
This prohibition applies to all known and future AI training crawlers including but not limited to: GPTBot, ClaudeBot, CCBot, Bytespider, Google-Extended, PerplexityBot, and any derivatives.
4. Paid Content
Paid course content is licensed to individual users only. Sharing login credentials, forwarding course materials, or providing access to third parties is prohibited. Payments are processed via Razorpay and are non-refundable once course access is granted, except where required by law.
5. User Conduct
- You may not attempt to bypass authentication or access paid content without a valid purchase.
- You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure.
6. Disclaimer
Content is provided for educational purposes. ErrBits makes no warranty that course content is error-free or complete. Code examples are illustrative and may require modification for production use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ErrBits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
