Seeking to promote a positive transformation in the environment in which we operate, inside and outside the business, Hotmart structured the ESG* area and defined strategic guidelines for the company's Environmental, Social and Governance activities.
Fair and transparent ESG practices that will help create long-term value, support digital communities, and reduce operational risks, all in line with our corporate culture, mission, and strategy: this is the legacy that everyone at Hotmart wants to leave.
*ESG: acronym for Environmental, Social and Governance.
A joint construction with a view to the future
Our strategy is based on the Materiality Matrix, based on a survey that included more than 2,000 participants, such as creators, suppliers, investors, troopers and external experts.
In it, 20 material themes were defined, of which 9 were considered priorities and later grouped into
three pillars of action, which serve as the
basis for Hotmart's actions.
