When the customer is editing an article, a few glossary recommendation appears for the suitable words, but when they add words in the paragraph the highlight of the glossary term is shifting from its original place

One of our customers has requested that we make the following changes (Highlighted in the screenshot) to the activation email content. The text "please contact us by replying to this email". In this text, the letter "p" should be in capital letters, and there should be a full stop at the end of this sentence.

In the markdown editor, I can't add any level of indented bullet points to a numerated list. This is fairly common in documentation and would be very useful. Currently, the only work-around seems to be to insert a new unordered list in the middle of the numerated list, which looks terrible. No idea if this is also present in the HTML editor.

I tried to use your Zapier integration to push notifications of new documents to our Salesforce app. I found that the Zapier trigger for a new article fires even when the new article is hidden and in draft mode. This is a problem because those articles are by definition supposed to be confidential. Apologies if I have misunderstood, but I don't see any way to control the trigger based on article status. This follows up on the resolved FR linked below: https://feedback.document360.com/feature-request/p/glossary-increase-definition-character-limit While we appreciate the increase in the character limit for creating glossary definitions, it appears the extension is limited to the Doc360 editor (image 1). When we preview or publish the article on our documentation site, the definitions for linked glossary items and terms still appear truncated (images 2 & 3). We request a holistic implementation of the increased glossary character limit - one that is applied both in the editor and on the KB Help Center.

When using the Link Status report and filtering using "Visible," it's ignoring the fact that the parent category is hidden. I believe this should also apply when the parent category is hidden. Currently, visible articles under a hidden parent category still appear on the report. This incorrect inflates the number of broken links, especially for docs that are intended to be archived and under a hidden category.

The bullet pointers are not getting displayed in the same alignment in the exported PDF, as added in the published document. As per my observation, the PDF output only supports number bullet pointers (1,2,3...) which is not the desired behavior. I am also attaching the outputs of the published document on Document360 and PDF file to showcase the same. Kindly look into it.

Export to PDF does not include links to embedded videos in documentation, just leaving blank areas on the PDF where there should be content. We are leaning our content more toward video-rich information to communicate more in less time and this is particularly a problem for us when we want to archive old documentation. Can you guys output the video link instead of a blank empty frame in the .PDF?

Currently, in the API Resync interface, the "Update" button remains disabled until the user manually modifies the API URL field (e.g., by adding or removing a character). This creates unnecessary friction—especially when a user simply wants to trigger a resync without making any actual changes.
