By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Introduction

These Terms govern your subscription to and use of the FutureBase software-as-a-service platform available at futurebase.io (“Site”).

Subscription Plans & Pricing

• Prices shown are introductory and may change for new or renewing subscribers.
  We will email you 30 days before any change becomes effective.
• All fees are in USD, exclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence you select (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the next renewal.
• Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee for users who did not consume most of their plan’s resources—contact [email protected].

Intellectual Property

• Quassum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service as permitted by these Terms.
• All source code, models, trademarks, and content remain the copyright of Quassum MB.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create competitive benchmarks against the service.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The chatbot uses large-language-model technology that can generate incorrect, outdated, or misleading information (“hallucinations”). Errors may occur in medical, legal, financial, safety, or other sensitive areas. Outputs are provided “as is,” at your own risk; verify critical information independently. Quassum disclaims all liability for any damages arising from reliance on chatbot outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Quassum’s aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) fees you paid in the past 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Publicity Rights

You grant us permission to display your name and logo on futurebase.io and in other marketing materials.
Opt-out any time at futurebase.io/orgs/settings. In the case that you cannot opt-out in the settings, we will not display your name or logo without your explicit consent.

Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for abuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days. Back-ups are retained for
  2 years after last usage, then permanently deleted unless law requires longer retention.
• Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability) continue in force.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be emailed to you
30 days in advance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
