Wondering if the filename and section header could use a softer name, something like contribution-limits.md or high-volume-contributions.md? "Spam" is a bit loaded and a well-meaning contributor receiving this reply might feel judged rather than guided. Totally understand if the directness is intentional though!

That docs is mainly for the maintainers to have a reference for saved replies (which are a Github feature). |
