- CnosDB: fix step name "Set up ClickHouse" -> "Set up CnosDB"
- CnosDB: add "creation only" (both NoREC and TLP use --num-queries 0)
- HSQLDB: fix typo "HSQLB" -> "HSQLDB"
- MySQL: note "CERT creation only" (CERT uses --num-queries 0)
- TiDB: note "TLP creation only" (TLP uses --num-queries 0)
