Description

This PR:

• Removes .husky/.gitignore as it is no longer required as of husky 7.0.0, and the devDep is currently at ^8.0.2.
• Updates shell path and args for git hooks, which was fixed in v8.0.0 of Husky
  • See Use /usr/bin/env sh instead of direct path of sh typicode/husky#1051 and Force basename/dirname to treat $0 as an argument typicode/husky#1132
