#TO RUN
- Open XAMPP to start the Apache and MySQL.
- Drag and drop the source code folder into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory.
- Browse to http://localhost/Online%20Notice%20Board%20System/ for the user side and http://localhost/Online%20Notice%20Board%20System/admin for the admin side.
