WebRTC audio & video calling with Privacy Relay support.

Free users now get direct P2P calls with configurable STUN servers, improved signaling, smaller SDP payloads, retry/fallback handling, and clearer connection errors. Default video quality is 480p with optional 720p.

Calls can be minimized using PiP/overlay with ongoing notifications and quick return/hang-up actions. Added query restore, overlay sizing improvements, and camera/mic permission prompts before calls.

Improved reliability with global Privacy Relay initialization, fixed a settings race that could overwrite TURN/STUN and call toggles, added editable STUN/TURN server lists (add/remove/reorder with fallback), relay-only policy, nick menu call visibility controls, and improved relay auto-enable after restore.

Tests updated for media settings, call profiles, relay restore flow, and app initialization.
