Since the code hasn't changed for about 9 months, it's probably a good time to mark this period as a release.

Some notable changes since v1.0-beta include:

• changes in the configure script that should autodetect the GNU scientific library better.
• the random utility was updated/fixed.
• the "meta" feature in the aggregate utility.
• clusters ordered from largest to smallest after assignment.

Most things seem to work. It's not heavily tested yet though.
