Technical Solution: Stanley Controller & Optimization Final Implementation:

$k_{head}$ &$k_{cte}$ - Twiddle Algorithm for final optimization of these two parameters
Technical Solution: Tiny-Yolo-V3 with Darknet and OpenCV DNN Module
