HACK: Bigsys: Use remaining hidden partition as cache

Hidden partition is 300MB. 16MB is used as an extra partition for TWRP.
Use the remaining 284MB as cache.

bcmdhd: Pick the highest drive strength less than or equal to requested

As opposed to picking the lowest drive strength greater than or equal to
the requested drive strength.

defconfig: regenerate

HACK: write reboot to recovery msg on panic

The default with the cable plugged in is to boot in lpm (off mode charging)
Boot to recovery instead.
