Adding this missing file will cause the tensorflow modelzoo module to be included in PyPi packaging. This resolves DeepLabCut#3149

@AlexEMG, yes sounds good. The tensorflow modelzoo api was introduced in v2.3.8 (and the main branch seems to have been missing the Edit: I have tested this with the LTS-DLC-2 branch and no changes are required. The branch uses a different file structure and no |
