- Separate configuration loader and logger into separate files. - Add configuration checker. - Delete globals.js. -Rename project to randomAPI(The README has not been modified yet) BREAKING CHANGE: 1. Add RA_ prefix to environment variables, HOST and PORT are not changed to comply with the custom 2. Refactoring the structure of the configuration file, see lib/config.js for details
