Install these dependencies separatedly as the build of Qt6 itself might be problematic.
In this way we avoid building these dependencies over and over again.

The "FATAL:" was:

Building a sandbox image with command (next line):
singularity build --sandbox /tmp/eessi.APSeHPhzWR/ghcr.io_eessi_build_node_debian13.sandbox /tmp/eessi.APSeHPhzWR/ghcr.io_eessi_build_node_debian13.sif
FATAL:   While checking build target: build target 'ghcr.io_eessi_build_node_debian13.sandbox' already exists. Use --force if you want to overwrite it
Launching sandbox container with command (next line):

So I added --force in EESSI/software-layer-scripts@2f11ce2

Apart from this, it is worth mentioning that everything else was successful and tar was correctly generated.

@bedroge , ready to deploy. Once this is ingested, I will build Qt6 to provide the report requested by @boegel in easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#22253
