All of the information can be found in the wiki and the full source code is all in the repo and commented out as well

If you have just begun, I would go through the getting started course, then the basics course. Then look at the source code in the repo, reading the comments. Once you are ready with that, read the wiki on finding contours and look through the comments. The hsv range finder will help A LOT.
