Updated the visualizations in the RGI-TOPO Dataset Docs to show the new version including COPDEM30.
also added the scripts and notebooks, used to update the visualizations, to the repository and added a README including the description of how the scripts are used.
Note: for the Examples of Alexander Island and Gillock Island AW3D30 is now available with the new dataset, but in really poor coverage/quality. added this information to their Summary Notes in the regarding .rst files(Alexander Island, Gillock Island), please check if the wording is fine.
