…a Docker-REDHAWK and Docker Compose.


Current supported version is REDHAWK SDR 2.0.8.  Other versions should be considered experimental, especially the 2.1 series.

Bug: failed to copy; made the previous fix a one-shot.

Property configure/allocate/deallocate robustness

Switched to returning a CF.DataType list for configure/allocate/deallocate.
This made processing parsed properties more robust overall.  Also added
debugging log statements for investigating server response in the future
since we revisit this seemingly every 6-12 months.
