I finished the three functions per request
and tested, but commented all my tests

I learned how to read file in Python, also learned about Numpy array

I would like to know how to use readline() instead of redlines() in Q1, should I use the size function in the for loop?
also, I am thinking do I need to create an empty array for summary_values in Q2 to avoid some errors?

I tested all 12 files, but still thinking if there is any null value, can my functions past the tests?
