Improve sidetone toggle functionality. Persist the previous_sidetone value in devices.json so that toggling restores the last setting instead of always 0 and 100.
Add “Neutral” chatmix label. Previously, any chatmix < 65 was labeled “Game.” Now if chatmix == 64 will be labeled “Neutral,”.
