I've made some changes to the documentation that will hopefully make the LTA more reproducible for others, based on my experiences setting it up for the University of York:

• Listed all the hardcoded values that needs to be adapted for other organisations (outside HumlabLu), and what they should be changed to.
• Explained how to generate the necessary Firebase configs.
• Explained how to resolve reproducibility issues (e.g. lta-api using the wrong entry point, versioning issues).
