Small UI improvements (ErikEJ#111)

* Improve parameter mapping grid

- require less clicks to choose a column for given parameter
- show the parameter type immediately after choosing a column

* Change query delay field from box to numeric

This avoids potential parsing erros

* Add null checks to prevent crashes
