Significant refactoring in Jupyter Notebooks. - conf.py implements copying `/notebooks` directory to `docs/src/notebooks` on each build (working around the issue that nbsphinx can only handle notebooks located within `/src` - rewrote some Jupyter examples and significantly reworked text
