Welcome to my GitHub! I’m currently a Master's student in Bioengineering at Seoul National University, with a passion for leveraging Natural Language Processing in medical research. I recently had the valuable opportunity to be a visiting student at the Yale NLP Lab. With a background in Integrative Biotechnology from Sungkyunkwan University and practical experiences at prominent research institutes and startups, I am on a quest to blend science, technology, and business into innovative healthcare solutions.

• MedTutor: Developed a Retrieval-Augmented LLM system for case-based medical education, featured as a system demo at EMNLP 2025.

• ResearchGym: Building a benchmark to address the ideation-execution gap in LLM-driven research, featuring challenging tasks from top AI/ML conferences.

• Multi-Perspective Summarization: Integrated a Mixture-of-Agents for enhanced healthcare QA summarization, presented at the CL4Health Workshop at NAACL 2025.

• Tennis AI: Created an end-to-end system to analyze tennis swing motions from video using MediaPipe for pose estimation and an LSTM-based model.

• Biomedical Global Talent Nurturing Program (2024): Awarded a $30,000 grant by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute for a visiting research opportunity.
• 2nd Place, PerAnsSumm Challenge: Achieved second place in the PerAnsSumm Shared Task.
• 2nd Place, Seocho YES Startup Pitching Competition (2024): Selected for an incubation program and secured grant funding for project development.
