Download the HUD latest version file and extract the main file (named "Hud-2012-Remake-master") into your TF2 custom folder in the following file path: "steam/steamapps/common/teamfortress2/tf/custom" Also make sure that Hud-2012-Remake is the only hud present in the custom folder.

You can Customize the interface through "hudlayout.res" folder in the following file path: "Hud-2012-Remake-maste/scripts/hudlayout.res", please open it with notepad or notepad++ to customize.
