Here we are creating a classifier for a particular dog Bo ,but we have a limited photos .So we decided to use concepts of Transfer Learning ,and for this we took a model trained on ImageNet database i.e., VGG16.. VGG16 can classify into 1000 categories , it has also learnt valuable visual features which can be of our use to make a classifier
