Right now, one cannot set color or link color on iOS
HTMLView.What is the new behavior?
This PR brings back the ability to set color or link color on iOS
HTMLView.Also, it adds a few missing types.
The link-color fix was inspired from community
textplugin.Fixes/Implements/Closes #8368.
