This new version fixes some text mistakes when results are shown.

Initial release of PAICE, an R package to estimate colonization events. This is a haplotype-based method to estimate the number of colonization events experienced by a species in an island-like system (e.g., an oceanic archipelago) accounting for sample size and considering both field sampling and genetic sampling variables.
