This pull request upgrades OpenDaylight dependencies to newer versions, including odlparent 14.3.1 and yangtools 14.0.23, and updates several Maven plugins. It updates the netconf-node-topology revision to 2025-12-05 project-wide and refactors the controller to remove JaxRsEndpoint management, delegating context path handling to the OpenAPI module. Redundant dependencies are removed, and necessary method implementations are added to NetconfCallhomePlugin. I have no feedback to provide.
