Add a new DetailedView as an option to $ErrorView. DetailedView effectively just uses Get-Error to provide detailed error information whenever there is an error.

This is intended primarily to be used in CI/CD systems where you have an error happen in a script that may not be easy to repro and you want as much detailed information as possible in the log.
