Issue & Reproduction Steps

As a Participant/Designer I want to see the Start Process Option with the following behaivor:

1. When there is only one Start Event we need just the button.
2. Whem there is only one Start Event Web entry we need to show a drowdown list button.
3. When there is more than one Start event, must show a drowdown list button.
