Ticket: FOUR-13480

As a user, I want to find a Screen Template Option in the Screen section via the following flow.

• Login as Designer
• Navigate to the Designer section
• Find the Screen option
• Find the following new tab: My Templates
• Click into the tab

How to Test

1. Go to branch task/FOUR-13480 in processmaker.
2. Go to Designer → Screens.
3. Click on the 'My Templates' tab.
4. The tab should have a table with fields that match the Figma Mockup.
   • Please note that the data being used in the tab is for Screens. Screen Template data is not yet available.
