Issue & Reproduction Steps

Every time a new request without a case is started create a new started case and participated case

Solution

  • Add Case and CaseParticipated repositories
  • Add CaseStore, CaseUpdate and CaseUpdateStatus queues
  • Add the laravel/pail library
