I'm Scott, a Technical Support Engineer with a background in Full Stack Software Development and a strong focus on analyzing complex systems and API-based environments.

At Salesforce (MuleSoft), I work with enterprise-scale systems, examining logs, API requests, and system behavior to investigate technical issues and isolate underlying causes.
