Fallacies in cell_death_metrics script
Adding Querying support into the updated species nomenclature. Provided with a string or list, along with the config.yaml, can index the species sheet for all species containing the str/list and builds a formula summating all species. Primarily for use in the benchmarking directory.

Conformed new validation pipeline to current SPARCED file format. Tested both singularity container on a HPC and a Docker container locally for operation.
There is one major change that has been made to the files in src/ and the main.py file : the main file has been moved up one directory closer to the project root (i.e. SPARCED/SPARCED/main.py) and the files in src/ have been changed accordingly such that executing the main.py file from SPARCED/SPARCED operates efficiently.
