The latest version of ORNA included two new modes namely ORNA-Q and ORNA-K. ORNA-Q ensures that reads having high quality bases .i.e bases having a high Phred score are given high priority during the process of selection. Similarly, ORNA-K ensures that reads having high abundant k-mers are given priority over other reads during the process of selection
