This PR has recent changes I've added for windows R support. At this stage it was to see whether I've broken anything. Most of the changes were in the FindR and parts to pass arguments through to ITK. I can't figure out what is going on regarding the CDash error above. |

I don't know why CDash is red either. That CMake warning has been there. You PR looks OK to me. |
